EazyPlano for grocery retailers
Planograms for grocers who know every aisle — and don’t have time to redraw them.
EazyPlano plans each store’s shelves from that store’s own sales: what earns a place, how many facings it needs to last until the next delivery, which shelf it belongs on. Your team reviews, tweaks and sends it to the floor.
The problem
What gets in the way today
Planograms that are out of date the day they are printed
Every store is different
Out-of-stocks on the best sellers
No idea if the shelf matches the plan
How EazyPlano helps
How it works for you
Your fixtures, once. Describe each gondola, wall, cooler and pegboard — or pick from ready presets — and save the bays you use most.
Your sales, every store. Connect the POS or ERP, or upload a spreadsheet; EazyPlano picks the products each store should carry on that fixture.
A planogram in seconds. Products, facings, shelf heights, zones and brand blocks — fitted to the inch, with the spare space handed to the best sellers.
Review with AI, then by hand. Ask the assistant to give a category more room or move a brand to eye level; drag products yourself; lock what must not move.
Send it to the store. A share link with a set-up checklist, PowerPoint/PDF decks, shelf labels and the opening order.
Check it with a photo. The store sends a photo of the finished shelf; EazyPlano says what is missing, extra or misplaced.
Outcomes
What changes
Fewer gaps on best sellers
Facings sized to sales and deliveries, not habit.
Space follows money
Space-to-sales and dollars per foot by category show what to grow and what to cut.
Less time on arithmetic
A full wall planned in seconds; the team spends its time on judgement.
Integrations

Questions
Frequently asked
Do we need product dimensions for every item?
No. EazyPlano uses measured sizes where you have them (or from a product-data provider such as BR Data or GS1 data pools) and estimates the rest from similar products, flagging them so you can measure the ones that matter.
Can each store have its own planogram?
Yes. Each planogram is built from a single store’s sales (or a cluster of stores). For a chain, you can generate one per store in a single run.
What if we already have planograms?
Start from the fixtures and products you have. EazyPlano can rebuild a planogram from sales and show you what would change before you apply it.
