EazyPlano

How it works

From sales data to a shelf that sells — in six steps.

EazyPlano sits between the systems that know what sells and the people who set the shelf. Here is the whole loop, and how we get you running.

  1. 1

    Connect your data

Item sales by store, product sizes and stock come from your ERP, POS or product-data provider — or from spreadsheets. Connectors are set up with you during onboarding.

  2. 2

    Describe your fixtures

Bays, walls, pegboards, coolers and freezers with their sizes and shelves. Save the ones you use most and build walls and store floor plans from them.

  3. 3

    Generate the planogram

Choose the fixture and the sales basis — one store, a cluster or a whole chain. The engine chooses products, sizes facings, zones and blocks them and fits every shelf in about a second.

  4. 4

Review with AI and by hand

The assistant reviews space vs sales and takes requests in plain words; you drag, swap, add from the catalogue and lock what must stay.

  5. 5

    Publish to the store

A share link with a set-up checklist, PowerPoint/PDF/Excel, shelf labels and the opening order — sent back to your ERP if you like.

  6. 6

    Check it with a photo

The store or a rep photographs the finished shelf; EazyPlano scores it against the planogram and lists what to fix.

Onboarding

Running in weeks, not quarters.

No long implementation project: we start small, prove it on a real shelf and grow from there.

  1. Week 1 — Discovery

We look at your stores, fixtures, categories and systems, and agree a pilot: usually one store and up to three categories.

  2. Week 1–2 — Data

Your items, sizes and sales are loaded from files or a connector; your fixtures are set up. Missing sizes are estimated and flagged.

  3. Week 2 — First planograms

We generate the pilot planograms together and tune the rules to your merchandising standards.

  4. Week 3–4 — Store pilot

The store sets the shelf from the share link; a photo check closes the loop. You see the result in sales.

  5. Roll-out

More categories, more stores, connectors switched to scheduled sync, your team trained.

Questions

Getting started

What do we need to send for a demo?

A list of your fixtures (or photos with rough sizes) and item sales for a few months for one store. A spreadsheet is fine.

Who does the setup?

We do, with your team: data loading, connectors, fixtures and the first planograms are part of onboarding.

Do we have to change our ERP or POS?

No. EazyPlano reads from the systems you have and, if you want, writes opening orders back.

See it on your shelves.

Send us a fixture list and a few months of sales. In the demo you’ll see planograms for your own stores — not a sample file.
