EazyPlano

Integrations

Your data in. Planograms out.

EazyPlano plans from the data you already keep — items, sales, stock, product sizes — and sends planograms, shelf lists and opening orders back to where your team works.

How it connects

Three ways to connect

Files. Excel or CSV uploads with saved column mappings, or a scheduled SFTP drop. Works on day one with any system.

API and webhooks. Push products, sales and stores in; pull planograms, shelf lists and opening orders out; get a webhook when a planogram is approved.

Connectors. For the systems below, our team sets up a connector during onboarding: authentication, field mapping, schedule and checks.

What flows

What moves between systems

In: items. SKU, UPC/GTIN, brand, category, case pack, status.

In: product sizes and images. Height, width, depth of one unit; front images for planograms.

In: sales. Units and revenue by store (or customer) and week.

In: cost, price and stock. For margin, days of supply and opening orders. Cost and margin never leave your workspace.

Out: planograms. Positions, facings and shelf lists per store; PowerPoint, PDF, Excel.

Out: orders and compliance. Opening orders as sales or purchase orders; compliance scores per store.

Questions

About integrations

What does “onboarding connector” mean?

We build and configure the connection to that system for you as part of onboarding — authentication, field mapping and schedule — and maintain it. It is not a self-service app-store plug-in.

Our system isn’t listed. Can we still connect?

Yes. Anything that can export a file or call an API can feed EazyPlano. Tell us what you run and we’ll scope the connector.

Is the connection read-only?

By default, yes. Writing opening orders back is switched on only when you want it.

How often is data refreshed?

Usually nightly, plus an on-demand refresh before a planogram run.

Tell us what you run.

ERP, POS, PIM, spreadsheets — send us the list and we’ll show how your data turns into planograms.
