EazyPlano

The EazyPlano planning system

Planogram software that does the arithmetic — and leaves you the judgement.

EazyPlano is a system for planning shelves and stores: an exact planning engine, an AI assistant, an editor, photo compliance, store floor plans in 3D and the documents stores need — connected to the systems you already run.

Planning engine

Sales in, planogram out.

The engine does the arithmetic a space planner does by hand — the same data always gives the same planogram, and every number can be traced.

Assortment. Products ranked by sales, store breadth, steadiness, trend and margin; rare buys and discontinued items left off; must-carry lists respected.

Facings. Sized to sales until the next delivery plus safety stock, capped by shelf depth and case pack.

Zones. Eye level for best sellers, heavy packs low, light boxes high; hanging packs on hooks; chilled and frozen only in coolers and freezers.

Blocks. Category, then brand, left to right; categories kept together across shelves.

Fit. Every shelf fitted to the inch, shelf heights set to the tallest product, spare space given to the best sellers.

Per store or cluster. Plan from one store’s sales, a cluster of stores, or the whole chain.

Fixtures

Any shelf you own.

Describe your fixtures once and reuse them everywhere.

Bays and walls. Bays of any width with their own shelf count and heights; walls built from bays.

Pegboards. Hook grids for hanging packs.

Coolers and freezers. Doors and shelves with temperature rules.

End caps. Promotional ends of aisles.

Presets. Common US gondolas and walls ready to use.

Inches or centimetres. Every length in the unit your team uses.

AI assistant

A category manager on call.

The assistant reviews each planogram and takes requests in plain words. It suggests; the engine applies and checks; you decide.

Review. Space vs sales, best sellers short of facings, over-spaced lines, products in the wrong zone.

Requests in plain words. “Give water more room”, “put this brand at eye level”, “drop the slowest cookies”.

Preview before apply. See the result and what changed before it touches the plan.

Respects locks. What you locked stays where you put it.

Editor

Drag, drop, done.

Fine-tune by hand without breaking the sums.

Drag and drop. Move products between shelves and bays; swap two products.

Facings. Add or remove facings; the shelf re-fits around them.

From the catalogue. Search the whole catalogue and add a product; it is refused if it doesn’t fit.

Locks. Lock a product or a block so re-planning keeps it.

Ready blocks. Save a set of products — “our juice bay” — and drop it into any planogram.

Versions. Every change is a version you can restore or compare with another.

Photo compliance

The shelf, checked.

A photo of the finished shelf, read against the planogram.

Shelf by shelf. In place, missing, extra and misplaced products.

A score and a to-do. Compliance % and what to fix first.

On the planogram. Missing products highlighted where they belong.

History. Every check kept per store.

Stores in 3D

From one wall to the whole floor.

Draw each store’s floor plan and walk it in 3D.

Floor plans. Gondolas, walls, coolers, checkouts and doors placed on the floor.

Real products. Every fixture shows its planogram with real pack images.

Chain runs. A planogram for every store of a chain, each from its own sales, in one click.

Outputs

Everything the store needs.

One plan, every document.

Share link. A link the store opens on a phone: zoom, rotate in 3D, tap a product, tick shelves off while setting them. No costs or margins.

PowerPoint, PDF, Excel. Photo view, block view and shelf table.

Shelf labels. Barcoded shelf-edge labels in shelf order.

Opening order. Every unit on the plan, rounded to cases, with value and stock.

Analysis. Space vs sales, $ per foot, days of supply by product.

Questions

About the product

Is EazyPlano a desktop application?

No. It runs in the browser; store teams open share links on a phone, no install.

How accurate are the planograms?

As accurate as the sizes behind them. Measured sizes are used where available; estimates are flagged so you can measure the products that matter.

Can we keep our own merchandising rules?

Yes: must-carry and never-carry lists, locked positions, ready blocks, category order, minimum and maximum facings.

Can we bring existing planograms?

Fixtures and products import from spreadsheets; EazyPlano can rebuild the planogram from sales and show what would change.

See it on your shelves.

Send us a fixture list and a few months of sales. In the demo you’ll see planograms for your own stores — not a sample file.
