EazyPlano is made by WhyNotGlobal, a software team in Marblehead, MA. We build the systems behind retail and wholesale businesses — online stores, inventory and pricing, EDI, analytics — and EazyPlano grew out of that work.
Why we built it
Shelf planning was the missing piece.
The businesses we work with already had their sales, items and stock in good systems. What they didn’t have was a fast way to turn that data into shelves: planograms were drawn by hand in spreadsheets and slide decks, one store at a time, and rarely checked once they were set.
So we built a planning system that does the arithmetic exactly and quickly, lets people make the judgement calls, uses AI where it genuinely helps — reviewing, explaining, reading photos — and connects to the systems retailers and suppliers already run.
How we work
What we believe
Exact where it matters. Shelves are arithmetic. The engine is deterministic and explainable; AI suggests, it doesn’t guess numbers.
Your data stays yours. Cost and margin never leave your workspace; exports and share links show only what a store needs.
Start small, prove it. A pilot on one real shelf beats a six-month implementation plan.
Fit in, don’t replace. We connect to your ERP, POS and product data rather than asking you to change them.
Plain words. Software for merchandisers and store teams, not only for specialists.
